As Cost Controller, you will play a key role in the financial heart of each project.

Cost Controller - Your Tasks

• Develop, implement, and monitor financial reporting procedures across ongoing construction projects.
• Support and train project managers and directors in cost management processes.
• Track and analyze project expenses to ensure budget alignment and identify deviations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Ensure accurate budget follow-up and contribute to monthly closings.
• Propose continuous improvements to optimize reporting and cost control workflows.

Cost Controller - Your Profile

• Master in Finance
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role (ideally in the construction sector)
• Fluent in English and Dutch. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
